Nintendo does this because, if everyone could download games onto multiple systems after purchasing it only once, then many people could get them for free while others must pay.

I highly doubt Nintendo will ever allow this in a future update, since it means a hefty financial loss to them and it is unfair to those who pay for the games.

Except for now, they're on break. Haha

I'm curious, mayhaps if I bug them enough they could generate a download code for each game.
The list is on my Club.Nintendo account. They just have to clarify the links.

Call Nintendo's Customer Support number at 1-800-255-3700 between 6am and 7pm (PST) 7 days a week. They will find out what happened.

Okay, I bought my 3DS quite some time ago, and I was quite disheartened that (without the transfer tool) you cannot transfer your DSi Ware from a DSi to a 3DS WITHOUT a "reliable" Internet connection.

I bought my 3DS when I traded in my DSi at a local GameStop, so there was no Internet connection nearby and I couldn't take my then-traded DSi out of the store to transfer (duh), I figured "I'll just link my Club.Nintendo account and I can get my previous purchases back." Nope. Not a one. I don't understand how both the DSi and the 3DS, being able to link to your Club.Nintendo, are unable to gather your previous purchases. I try to check out a game I bought on the Nintendo eShop on the 3DS (Such as Rayman, for instance) and it requires me to repurchase it, even though it's in my Club.Nintendo account as purchased.

Is there any chance that Nintendo will incorporate this into an update? I spent so much money on DSi Ware and now it's all gone, formatted, with my DSi probably in someone else's hands now, and none of it on my 3DS.
