Make sure you don't have any controllers plugged into the GCN slots. This game does indeed support them, so they may interfere if they are plugged in.

I would suggest deleting the game as well as any other data associated with the game, and then try redownloading it. There might've been some sort of glitch when you downloaded it, causing it to act the way it does.

Hi all Im new to these forums but I downloaded mario party 2 from the points I earned on Club Nintendo awhile back. The game said can use game cube controllers they did not get detected went out bought 2 classic controller plus it detects them starts the game but when roll the didce everything goes in slow motion like the old controller with turbo and slow motion buttons when the slow motion button is turned on. Basicaly it keeps pausing unpausing repeatedly.Any suggestions to fix this? It did this with both my old television and the new 32 inch hd.
