In addition to having to wait for up to a week for them to appear in your Club Nintendo account, not all Virtual Console and/or WiiWare games can be used to obtain coins for Club Nintendo. Only select games that were released before December 15 2008 (the day that Club Nintendo officially launched in North America) can be used to earn coins. Of the three games you listed, the one that was released the latest was Nintendo 64's Paper Mario on July 16 2007, so unless the list has been edited, none of those three Virtual Console games you downloaded will give you any coins for your Club Nintendo account.

I downloaded Paper Mario, Super Mario 2, and Super Mario Bros. My system was linked to Club Nintendo and I haven't gotten points for them and I am trying for gold status, please help.
