Downloading from 3DS

I've found some of the DSi games on the 3DS, but that was mostly by accident. Where, from the eShop, can you find DSi games? If points from the DSi transferred and could be used on the eShop, I wouldn't bother asking... I'd simply transfer them over. However, I do NOT want to have to buy points on both systems. For one thing, I won't be allowed to! ^^;

Let's say I'm looking to download Art of Ink onto my 3DS... how would I go about finding it on the eShop?

Thanks in advance for anyone who can help me.

P.S. Sorry if I'm rambling and make no sense. That's sort of my style. =P Also, is there a good site to find upcoming games for eShop/DSiWare? The Nintendo site is alright... but I'd like to find a better one.

In the eShop, click "Search".
Click "Add Search Filters".
Click the button under "Platform", which will say "All" by default.
Scroll down to the bottom and Click "Nintendo DSiWare"
Now the button under "Platform" says "Nintendo DSiWare"
Click "Apply Filters"

Now it will list all DSiWare games available for purchase on the 3DS, sorted from newest to oldest. You can click "Sort by..." to change the order in which the games are displayed.

You can change the search filter to search for specific types of games or games in a specific price range.

If you want to search for a specific game, and you know the title, go to the main menu of the eShop. There is a Search bar on the bottom. Click the box next to it and enter the title of the game and click "OK"

If you want to know what games are going to be available in the future, scroll to the right and click on "Coming Soon to Nintendo eShop" (it looks like two shopping bags)
