Information on 3DS transfers...

I am going to be buying an Ambassador 3DS and was wondering if I can transfer that 3DS's data to my own which already contains data on it. I am fine with redownloading games on my own 3DS, as long as my save data is kept intact. I really just want to be sure I can transfer the ambassador games to my own 3DS without anything important being erased from it.

So around the holidays, I recieved a used 3ds that a relative had purchased through ebay completely without any papers or manuals. Basically, just the DS in a box. I've noticed that I'm not only missing the Nintendo Club pin number and AR cards but pratically the proof of purchase. I'm not exactly sure of what to do to get the information and items that originally came with it or any problems that could become of this. Help!

3ds internet problems

when one 3ds is connect to the internet the other one wont load anything but its still says its connect to the internet

Okay so I recently bought myself a 3DS XL and played Pokemon Black 2 on it. I set up the WFC on the 3DS and the connection was successful. I went into the main menu of Pokemon Black 2 and clicked the Nintendo WiFi Connection button. It said, "Please configure your connection settings under the Internet option in the System Settings. For help, visit support.nintendo.com.". I was completely helpless. However, on the older games like Pokemon HG/SS and D/P/P it works completely fine. Is there something wrong with my 3DS?

3DS xl keeps freezing when I play 3DS games.

I have a 3DS Xl that runs fine normally except when I play 3DS games. I dont know why but occasionally the system will just freeze for no reason. I have updated the system and checked for game updates but it will still freeze atleast twice a day if I play a 3DS title. (Zelda, lego city, Luigis mansion) I still have a warranty but I worry about them not finding a problem and being charged for service.

How to transfer?

Can someone please help? My 3Ds Nightnite Purple broke and was replaced by a new 3Ds XL, so how can I transfer the downloaded games from by SD card to the new one? Or at least play them with the old SD card!

Cannot purchase eshop funds with Visa debit card

Hello,

I recently purchased a 3DSXL and was trying to purchase a title on the eshop using a Visa debit card (from TD bank in Canada). I tried adding funds with the card several times making sure that I entered the correct card number/security code/postal code, but each time I got the error 005-6515 saying that the card information was incorrect.

Since the support site suggests that this might be caused by billing address errors, I called my bank and they confirmed that the postal code I entered matched the one on the billing address, and that the card should work fine with online retailers.

Any ideas?

Eshop issue

i bought a Nintendo Eshop card worth $20.00 from my local Game Stop store. while i walked around with it in my back pocket, the card got smashed and crumbled. now i can't read any of the numbers and i can't add it to my 3DS. is there any way nintendo can refund me my money or give me the code for a new card?

I have a quick question.

I currently have an original 3DS with a 32gb SD card with quite a bit of content on it from purchases and gaming. I'm thinking about upgrading to the new 3DS XL that's coming out in a few weeks that is bundled with the new Animal Crossing game. From what I can tell, this game is on the included 4GB SD card that comes with the XL system.

Is there a way that I can have that game be transferred to the 32gb SD card and have that card be used in the new XL? In looking at the instructions for transfer, it seems pretty straight forward from one system to the other -- but in this case, my old system won't fit on the new system's card. Is there a way to merge them?

I looked, but either didn't look hard enough, or just didn't find it. Is there a place where I can send suggestions to Nintendo? I don't expect them to listen, or even implement my idea, but at least I've made the effort.

Anyways, my idea is simple. While playing a Virtual Console game, the lower screen is pretty much unused. The only time it is used is when accessing the Virtual Console menu. Why not add the clock and/or battery status to the lower screen?
