Returning Reward Policy?

I recently ordered the Kirby Epic Yarn patches and I noticed Kirby's eyes were miscolored. This is bad considering I am a collector and I wish to recieve one that is accurate. Is there anything I can do?

Re: Returning Reward Policy?

I also got this reward and have noticed that the eyes are placed upside down compared to the picture online.  I'd love to have a replacement set since Nintendo screwed up.

Re: Returning Reward Policy?

I got the Kirby Epic Yarn patches reward too. I'd love to get a replacement, or maybe get the Club Nintendo coins I used to order it refunded back to me. In all honesty though, I rather have a replacement set.

Re: Returning Reward Policy?

How much did the patches or the statue cost any of you?

The thing is the eyes are not upside-down the colors are just inverted. If all of the patches are not inverted it could become a collector’s item and be worth something to collectors after a while. So quit complaining and don't look a gift horse in the mouth. I know that you have spent lots of money on Nintendo games if you are a platinum member. I'm a platinum member right now and have been since the start of Club Nintendo, so yeah I've spent lots of money with them as well.

Personally, no, I did not get the patches. I have no need for them and I'm not a huge Kirby fan, used to be, but not since the original game for the GB.

I always hold my points for something that is worthwhile like both of the Game & Watch games for DS. I hope they end up doing another compilation or something completely different for Wii that will actually be on disc and not a special download. I prefer true collectible items.

Re: Returning Reward Policy?

I also got the reversed-eyes patch and I sincerely hope that Nintendo does a refund or sends replacements, as Kirby isn't nearly as cute when his eyes are backwards.

Re: Returning Reward Policy?

I also have this problem. I noticed that Kirby looked weird but didn't realize it until I saw a picture of what it was suppose to look like.

I hope they offer a replacement!

Re: Returning Reward Policy?

Just got my patches... It's amazing how a tiny bit of switched stiching manages to make him look so wierd...  I don't want a refund, I want another Kirby who is done correctly.

I hope the Big N will fix this.

Re: Returning Reward Policy?

Same here. Apparently the Kirby patches that people got from PAX had the correct eyes on their patches, so it's not like every patch is messed up; just the ones that were sent out for Club Nintendo. I would love to get a replacement patch.

Re: Returning Reward Policy?

The ones from E3/Pax and the ones from the Club Nintendo Reward are not the same.  The ones from E3/Pax has Kirby just standing there, the ones from the Club Nintendo Reward have him in a walking pose.

Re: Returning Reward Policy?

As almost everyone else has mentioned, I think your best bet is to contact Nintendo and ask for a refund, exchange. From what I've read on this discussion, I do agree that Nintendo was wrong in their part, but I'm sure it was a small accident that can be easily fixed.
