I downloaded Paper Mario onto my Wii maybe six months ago, but when I tried to play the game recently, my wii just froze with a black screen. Any ideas how to get the game to work? I even tried deleting the game from my system in hopes of re-downloading it, but after waiting an hour, I just canceled the operation.
No, wait. Okay, so I deleted the save data, and I went to the Wii Shop Channel to reinstall the game. It says I already had it downloaded, but it's not on my list of Wii channels. I then went to Channel Data, and once again, my Wii freezes!
Then that's not normal. I guess that I would recomend sending your Wii into Nintendo for repairs. If the warranty on the Wii hasn't expired yet, the repairs are free.
