Will we still get the survey?

We just linked my brother's 3DS to Club Nintendo, but he already downloaded games already.  Will we still get surveys for those games?

if it's anything like the wii or dsi, then no. you might have to email nintendo and tell them the games you downloaded and they can put them in manually. they did this for my virtual console games on the wii. it could be differen't for the 3ds though. i'm not sure.

I think you only get surveys for eshop games that are downloaded AFTER you link your account. I'm not sure about the 3DS, but that's how it works with the Wii anyways.

Well I download Mario Land and Zelda LW last week and finally the survey appear today in my account so wait at least 1 week

Well, it's been over a week, and the surveys haven't come in yet.  How can we let Nintendo know so that we can get the surveys?

It's very easy. Just call them and you can work this problem out.
