Trying to buy DSi points w/ Wells Fargo Visa card, county not accepted

With my Wells Fargo account, there's no input field for a county in the mailing address, so when I try putting my county in to buy DSi points, it isn't accepted (because it isn't recorded in the WF account, probably). Leaving it blank just gives me an error, though. Is there any way to get past this?

EDIT: I'm using a debit card, if it matters.

EDIT2: When I say "I don't have anthing to put in the 'County' box", I'm saying I have no idea how they worded my county name. Another problem could be that the DS is trying to check to see that the county is right, but it's running into an error because there isn't any data for that. (Changed to include this)

just type the county that you live in and go from there. ie. say i live in a nintendo county WA. then in the box i would put NINTENDO. (there is noo such place as nintendo county.)

I've tried that multiple times, still getting the "credit-card billing address is incorrect" error.

Contact Wells Fargo and ask them for help.

Unfortunately due to Nintendo's Privacy Policy, it is not allowed to reveal personal information such as your address, nor can we ask for it, so that means you can't post it here so that we could help figure out what county you live in, or what else might be the problem in your address that could be causing this, sorry.

 

But there might be another problem eve if you are able to get the address figured out, and that the DSi Shop (and Wii Shop, 3DS eShop) might only accept "MasterCard" and "Visa" and not your gift card.

 

So probably the best thing to do is give a call to Nintendo's 1-800-255-3700 (6 am ~ 7 pm Pacific, everyday) Customer Service number, or use their webform to contact them, and they will be able to help straighen out the address problem, and also will know if the DSi Shop will be able to charge your gift card or not.

First off, I know what county I live in. Second off, I'm using a Visa Debit Card, not a gift card.

Opps sorry, misread it as I thought it was a Wells Fargo debit card, but you'll likely still need to contact Nintendo to find out what the problem is.
