I am trying to post a picture from my DSI-XL to Facebook and I am getting "Communication Error Code 369014" and it won't work. My internet connection is working fine. Does anyone know what is wrong with this?
The code is real. I Contacted Nintendo via their chat service and was told to do the following. I have had no problems since:
Sign in to your Facebook through your computer first to ensure it works. While online on your computer, go to the login screen of Facebook on your DSi/XL and check the box that says "keep me logged on" or "keep me signed in". then sign in through your DSi/XL, exit the browser and return to the menu, then go back to the photo channel and try again. It should work after that ![]()
Just tried it again after doing it once before. It worked before but only allowed me to send ONE picture and gave me the error code again when I tried to send another. This fix no longer works for some of us. I'm starting to wonder if it isn't facebook somehow. Especially considering that they just updated their browser to the new Timeline set up. I don't think that new feature is compatiable with the DSI XL Camera feature.
The number you have entered does not appear to match any results. Please check the error code and verify that you have entered it correctly.

I had the same error code, 369014, show up on my DSi XL each time I tried to export photos to my FB account. I discovered the problem, I was trying to export photos while on the "SD Card" instead of the "System". As soon as I tried to export from the "System", no problem, no error code, the photos were sent successfully. I don't know if it is possible to move photos from the"SD Card" to the "System". Something to keep in mind if you want to export photos through your DSi XL. Hope this is helpful ![]()
It's not too old and the problem appears similar, so I don't think there's much harm in posting.
This may just be an intermittent issue, as this page (click here) suggests. Try uploading again in a few hours or in a day or two to see if it doesn't fix itself. ![]()
I am having this exact same problem. My system is the DSI XL. The error code is correct and I've tried everything you guys said that might help. My internet is working just fine also but still it refuses to connect. It almost worked but I didn't want that photo to be uploaded and when I chose another photo it said error again. It says: "Communication error. For help, visit support.nintendo.com. Error code: 369014" I went to support nintendo but its basically not giving enough info on what to do or hardly at all. I doubt its Facebook because it says, "Error communication" not, "Error connecting to Facebook." This is like the only way I can upload my photos because I don't have a SD slot built in my desktop to put my photos in. Seriously, I find this very disappointing. This is the only reason I made a Facebook because I thought I could upload my photos from my DSI. Nintendo need to fix this issue I don't find them any help at all. They should open up a Facebook page learning how to connect this correctly.
