I've tried several times to activate Netflix on my 3DS. I have an existing account, but no matter how many times I try to get a code, whenever I put it into the site, it says "Code Not Found- The code you entered did not work. Please check the code and try again."
Is there any reason that this isn't working?
First, try reentering the code just to be sure. If that does not work, delete Netflix from your system memory and then redownload it from the eShop. If the code will still not work, then you should call Nintendo at 1800-255-3700 (6am-7pm, Pacific Time, 7 days a week) for further assistance.
I had this issue... I called Nintendo, and they told me to call Netflix... I did, and within minutes they had my 3DS activated to my account. Even with having to call both companies, this took me less than 10 minues on a Saturday afternoon. AMAZING JOB Nintendo AND Netflix! I love good customer service!
