My daughter got this game for Christmas.  She is stuck, and the game won't let her do anything.  The screen shows a colorless Cinderella coming down the stairs with 3 icons at the top- a glass slipper, a clock, and another one that looks like a bow.  She can't click and drag, or do anything else on this screen.  I feel like I spent $60 for a useless game.  It took her all of 5 min to get to this point, and now there's nothing she can do but start over an do the same things again only to get stuck in the same place.  How does she get past this screen??
