I'm not getting the surveys for anything on my accounts linked to my 3DS or Wii. I've waited the 7 days and more. All I got was a survey for Mario vs. Donkey Kong when I used coins to get it. Unfortunatly there has not been any for surveys show up for Four Swords or any of my Wiiware titles download before I linked my account. Note that I have registered my Wii but not the 3DS, but it seems to be effecting both, linked accounts, anyway. Although I lack a PIN code for my Wii, but I'm not sure it matter outside of the points.
