DS Multiplayer/Wi-Fi Issue?

When I first downladed The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Anniversary Edition, I was able to play local wireless multiplayer with my friends, but now when I try to access the "multiplayer" screen at the game's startup, it doesn't give me any options (i.e. "Host a group" or "Join a group"). Secondly, when I try to access "Nintendo DS Connections" in the 3DS Internet Settings, and I try to search for an access point, it does not give me a list of available signals, only a white screen with the purple "Connection # Settings" title on top. It's strange because I'm positive there are avalable wi-fi signals at my house, as I use them on my other consoles.

My 3DS wireless slider is turned on, as the yellow light is on, so that's not the problem. Here are some photos of what I'm talking about:

Thanks for the photos.  You can probably fix the glitched menu of Four Swords by deleting the game from the system memory and then redownloading it from the eShop.

Delete what Internet connections you have and then try to reestablish one.  I have never heard of a blank screen like this, and the two problems might be related.  I suggest that you also call Nintendo at 1800-255-3700 (6am-7pm, Pacific Time, 7 days a week) to report this and see if they have any additional information.

As MACHBIKER said, delete your Internet connections and reestablish them. Then, delete The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Anniversary Edition form the system memory, then re-download it from the eShop.

If the problem still occurs after doing the steps above, I would call Nintendo at 1-800-255-3700 and see if they have any solutions for you.

Before you go deleting stuff, make sure the WiFi is turned on.  There is a switch on the right side.  There is also a light next to the switch.  If the light is off, then your wireless is turned off.  Turn it back on by sliding the switch.
