i got charged twice for $32.66 for points and didnt even get them after it said wrong zip code..how do i get my money back or points..???
This is a somewhat common occurence. In some cases, there is an error or problem with the debit or credit card, and the DSi Shop, Wii Shop, and 3DS eShop is still able to put a charge on the card even though the transaction was unable to be fully completed and the appropriate Nintendo Points were not given.
But do not worry about losing your money, because your card still says that this is "a pending transaction", most likely in 24~48 hours this transaction will automatically expire and no money will be charged to your card.
But if for any reason there is money debited, then please call Nintendo 1800-255-3700 (6am-7pm, Pacific Time, 7 days a week), or use their webform to contact them, and they will immediately refund your money or credit your DSi Shop account with the Nintendo Points.
for this issue, you should contact nintendo at 1-800-255-3700 or email them using their webform. they should be able to give you your money back or get you your points.
