Sadly, no.

Club Nintendo Coins are only used for ordering rewards found in the Club Nintendo Reward Catalog.

If you want to buy stuff from the Wii Shop Channel and/or DSi Shop, you need to either:
1) Buy the Nintendo Points Cards found at retail. Each card bought will give you 2000 Nintendo Points.

NOTE - You can only one card at a time in the Wii Shop Channel or the DSi Shop and you can't use one card in both shops. So choose carefully where you want to use your Nintendo Points Cards.

Once you redeem a Nintendo Points Card, the 2000 Nintendo Points on the card will either become 2000 Wii Points or 2000 DSi Points depending on where you used the card at.

2) Use a credit card to buy Wii Points in the Wii Shop Channel or buy DSi Points in the DSi Shop.

In general, 1 Wii point = $.01 (or 1 cent, if you prefer)

This means that for 2000 points, you pay 2,000 cents/$20.00.
