I refuse to do these anymore. They make me very angry. As a petite woman who lifts free weights often, I find some of the strength activities in this game to be poorly designed. When I do single arm extensions in the gym, I usually use 10-15 lb dumbbells. It is pretty much impossible to hold one AND the controller at the same time because of the orientation the game expects from the controller (vertical). The closest thing I found that wasn't a waste of time was to hold one 25 lb dumbbell with both hands, with the controller squeezed onto the handle as close as vertical as possible... which then usually meant that it didn't always register my extensions. So... in the interests of not breaking my controller (or anything else in the house), I just don't do these anymore. Thumbs down.
