The problem is in the way LCD screens work... But one way to get around this is to point the gun at a bright light (such as a flourescent lamp) and pull the trigger. This will register a hit (because the gun thinks it hit the target, which appears as a white square on a black background for one frame) but takes the challenge out of playing.

Challenge? It doesn't just take away the challenge. It takes away the whole reason to play the game in the first place. It'll basically just make it a game where you push a button whenever you feel like progressing.

I think that was just a rumor thats not true, never tried it myself but I've heard it's not true.

Also my setup wins. 5.1 speakers, 32 inch 1080p TV with most every video game console known to man.

"most every video game console known to man." That made me laugh. I could probably come up with another 50 that you don't have and have never heard of. And maybe it's just the camera angle, but it looks like there is very little room between the N64/VCS and the bottom of the shelf, doesn't that make it a little tough to put games in?

That isn't a VCR, It's a Atari 2600. The video game console even before NES. Ahhh... Good times....

I didn't say VCR, I said VCS which stands for Video Computer System, which is another name for the Atari 2600.
