Ever since I began trying to download my Ambassador games, I've had trouble actually downloading them. The error code says my system is unable to connect to the eshop; however, I can browse the shop just fine, rate titles, ect. The only problems I have are watching videos or downloading games. The video will play for about 10 seconds and then crash; similarly, any game I try to download downloads about halfway and then crashes. This isn't just affecting my Ambassador games either; I'm not able to download Four Swords either. Can anybody help?
I would try connecting to the eShop at a different time of the day or keep on trying if it doesn't download. If you keep on having these problems, give Nintendo a call at 1-800-255-3700 for more assistance. Hope this helps!
