Can't play videos in eShop, 007-2100 error code every time

I connect and browse the Nintendo eShop perfectly fine, but anytime I try to play a video it lasts for maybe 5-10 seconds and I get the code 007-2100. Never fails. lol It's been happening since the beginning, every single time I go to watch something.. so trying again later like the error message says doesn't do me any good. ): Any suggestions?

That happens to me many times.  You could call Nintendo at 1-800-255-3700, and they will help you.  Another thing I noticed is if you pause the video as soon as it starts, and you wait a little bit for it to load, it will go farther without any problems.

Hi MMADICAKES1,

I would definitely recommend that you call, but I would also like to point out that your error might be related to a router firewall.  Router firewalls can be tricky, and can end up only blocking very specific things depending on the router.  Without knowing the exact router you are using I couldn't tell for sure, but I would recommend that you access your router and try disabling the firewall if there is one.

Tips for accessing different routers can be found here: http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/wfc/en_na/routers/index.jsp

If you could tell me the manufacturer name of your router I might be able to give you a better idea of where to look.
