I have been trying to use netflix since april and it will not work. it worked the entire year prior that i had it but suddenly it has an error code that is not explaining anything. neither techs know why and i'm getting tired of it. i just want to watch a movie.

Could you please tell us what the error code is (the number, any information on the screen at all)? This will allow us to pinpoint your specific problem. Also, when you describe the techs who could not explain what is wrong, who exactly are you referring to?
