EShop is letting me add funds, which the last time I did was about 1 week ago, but won't let me buy games. I get error code 005-6535 everytime I try to download a game. When I have tried to change the location settings in the menu as other forum responses have indicated as a solution, I get error code 007-1303. How can I fix this problem ? It seems people are suggesting deleting my account, but that would erase the almost 30 games I already have. Any solutions to my problem?
Nintendo says that error code 007-1303 is when credit card information cannot be processed, probably due to an incorrect billing address (http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/wfc/en_na/ds/results.jsp?error_code=007-1303&system=3DS&locale=en_US&action2.x=18&action2.y=17).
If you can add funds without a problem, though, I am confused as to why this error code would appear. It sounds like you should contact Nintendo at 1-800-255-3700 (6am-7pm, Pacific Time, 7 days a week) to see if they can help you further.
