Nintendo 3DS won't turn on.

My Nintendo 3DS shows the blue that indicating it's on, but both screens are black. When I charge it, it show the orange light. I don't know what to do! PLEASE HELP!!!

This page (click here) has some troubleshooting that suggests holding the power button down for 10 seconds to shut the system off, then turning it back on. If this doesn't work, you can also try removing the battery temporarily for about 30 seconds. Otherwise, you can call Nintendo at 1-800-255-3700 for more troubleshooting assistance or if it needs a repair.

Well, it looks like I'm not the only one with this problem of the screens not showing anything.  I have some information for you though.  I put Sonic Generations into my 3DS and the screen is loading again...but I changed out the game.  I had Final Fantasy: The Four Heroes Of Light in the system.  Check the game and see if changing out the game works.
