How do I reset my DSi

i can not figure out how. my sister  pretty much ocked me out of it so how do i reset it

If you are unable to reset your DSi due to parental control restrictions (it's asking for a 4-digit PIN), and you do not know your PIN or the answer to the challenge question, you will have to call Nintendo at 1-800-255-3700, and they will help you unlock it.
