I have a ds lite I can't get the time straight is there anyway to get it off of military time. I went to the time/calendar settings but there is no way I can find out how to change time settings.
Please give spacific instructions
there is no way to change the military time. If your having trouble reading military time heres a example:
Just remember 00.00 to 11.99 are am hours
Also remember 12:00 to 24:00 are pm hours
So 19:00 would be 7:00 pm THe math: 19 - 12 = 7=7:00 pm
If you have any questions about reading military time just ask me!
Thank you so much for your help if I have any questions I will let you know .
Are all of the ds such as the dsi, ds xl and 3ds are they also on military time as well?
im not quite sure about the dsi XL but the dsi and 3DS have millitary time. I used to have a DSI but i traded it in for a 3DS. You would not bielive the # of problems people on tec forms people had with the 3DS. (I haven't had 1!)
DSi and DSi XL have the same programation (exept new added software) so the military time is include in DSi XL.
Thank you so much for your help a little disapointed to hear that but I there is no way around it I will have to learn military time.
In Japan, where the 3DS was designed and programmed, they use military time often. That may have something to do with why the 3DS is the way that it is, that and the space issue on the screen.
Just remember there are 24 hours in a day.
The day starts at 00:00 (0 hours)
One hour later, it will be 01:00 (1:00am),
Then just keep counting up, but then things change after noon, or rather, don't change.
12:00 (12:00PM)
Then instead of going back to one, just keep counting forward.
13:00 (1:00PM)
14:00 (2:00PM)
etc.
Yep all the systems made by Nintendo with a clock have military time. I thought there was a 24/12 hour feature on my DSi XL as i was messing with the time on it a while back. I know wrist watches have that ability. I know about the normal DS and DSi but haven't touched a 3DS yet.
The DS Family (including 3DS) is only Army Time
