Nintendo eshop won't load and I got a messege that said "An error has occurred. Please try again later. If the problem persists, please visit support.nintendo.com." My sisters, who also own a 3DS, are having this problem too. What should we do?
According to Nintendo's support page, it means this:
An error occurred while attempting to connect to the Nintendo eShop. Power off your system and try again.
If you continue to experience problems, please call 1-800-255-3700 for assistance.
