Just started using NETFLIX streaming last week. Found after watching a movie and then searching for another movie the system will lockup. The power button and reset button will not operate. I have to unplug the Wii to reset. This only occurs when using NETFLIX.
Probably it would be best to give a call to Nintendo's 1-800-255-3700 (6 am ~ 7 pm Pacific, everyday) Customer Service number and they will be able to do some troubleshooting with you over the phone to determine what the problem is (Netflix, your console or something else) and be able to get Netflix working perfectly for you.:)
