nintendo phone support

i am trying to call but i just get beep beep beep why are they down

 

and i just got dsi repared from nintendo but the forgot to transfoer the games from the shop channel to the dsi   and tried download it again and it wanted to charge me it ask me to get more dsi points do you think i will get my game back

The above answer is incorrect, as long as Nintendo made the repair, then they will make sure any previous purchased DSi Shop content can be redownloaded free of charge.

 

So if you are still having problems with Nintendo's 1-800-255-3700 (6 am ~ 7 pm Pacific, everyday) Customer Service number, then try their webform as a way to contact them and they will be able to help you.
