For some reason, the slot for my game cartridges in my DS Lite has some kind of gummy residue inside it. I can't say for sure what it is, since I can't remember any incident that might have caused it, but it seems like it might be some kind of sugary substance. It still works, but the game cartridges are really slow in coming in and out, and it seems to be causing my DS to have some difficulties reading my games. Is there any way to safely clean inside the slot? I don't want to do anything reckless and damage any delicate parts that might be in there.
