When I try to login to facebook, as I'm in the process of trying to send a picture to it, I get "Error code:369014" and it fails to login. You're support site has no record of this error code, apparently.
What does it mean? How do I fix it?
I think I have two possible solutions to your problem.
The first solution is just making sure you're copying the numbers down correctly, though it sounds like you're pretty sure that you're typing it correctly.
The second, I find slightly more probable. Perhaps the error code is not Nintendo's doing... but Facebook's. I don't know if Facebook has any support branch on their website, however. If they do, that's where the error code is to be applied.
Sign in to your Facebook through your computer first to ensure it works. While online on your computer, go to the login screen of Facebook on your DSi/XL and check the box that says "keep me logged on" or "keep me signed in". then sign in through your DSi/XL, exit the browser and return to the menu, then go back to the photo channel and try again. It should work after that ![]()
That didn't work for me. I was able to log in with the browser and I know I checked "keep me signed in," because I was able to go to another website, then back to Facebook and I was still logged in. I think the DSi (I have the XL version, btw) browser dumps all the cookies when exited.
The next day, I tried again to upload a picture to facebook and it worked correctly, so I don't know what happens. The only other thing I wasn't able to try was to upload a picture on the DSi browser from the Facebook website (as the browser ran out of memory).
I am having the exact same problem and have tried all the solutions given here to no effect. It just seems to intermittently (but more often than not) fail and give me this or sometimes another error code.
Can someone give a real answer to this problem?
Please don't bump old threads. If you want your question answered you will have to create your own thread.
This thread is STILL very pertinent. I found it via a google search because TONIGHT I attempted to help my daughter use her DSi to upload a pic to FB and received the same error.

I'm sorry. I was relatively new to the forums when I posted that and now I know the limit as when bumping old threads occur. I think I do have the solution for your problem though.
1. Make sure you areentering the numbers in correctly
2. Make sure you are not signed out of your account (if you are singed out, sign back in)
3. Make sure platform apps are turned on under your privacy settings on Facebook
Do a System Update from the Start Menu.
I'm getting the same thing and I have tried to update my DSI XL but it's already updated and won't go any further.
so does anyone have a definitive answer to this problem yet?
Thanks
I solved the problem by putting in an SD card. I think the system on it's own didn't have enough memory to connect.
Unreal how Nintendo is absolutely no help with this but anyways...I have finally solved this annoying issue. If you are currently logged into Facebook on any other device you will get this error. However, if you log out on everything else, then try to upload the photo you won't get this error. (i think its something with Facebook more than nintendo) So now when i get this error, i turn on my ipad, log out of facebook, then the dsi has no issue. Hopefully this fixes the error for everyone else, if not good luck
Sounds like a good solution. Thanks for the information!!
