Currently Being Moderated

My DSI XL does lot lock the Game Cards in place. Do I need to take it in for service? Would that be covered under warranty?

Yes, you should send your Nintendo DSi XL in to Nintendo for repairs. If it's still covered by your warranty, the repair is free.
