Quick Start Guide - How to Post a Question

Hello!

If you're new here, you might be wondering how to ask a question or post an answer to someone else's question. Here are the steps to get you started!

Note: in order to ask a question or join a discussion, you need to log in to our site with your Club Nintendo account. Click here for more info on all the benefits of a Club Nintendo account.

  • Click "Login" at the top of any page. This will take you to our Club Nintendo site to log in or register. After you are signed in, you'll be sent back here, to the same page you started on.

  • Locate the best place to ask your question. From the homepage, click on a Community (such as Nintendo 3DS or Wii Technical Questions), or click on a Discussion under "Recent Content." click on image to enlarge:

You can also search for a topic that someone else has started. Enter your question in the search box located in the top, right-hand corner of any page:

Post your question in 3 easy steps.

You have 2 options: Start a brand new discussion, or reply to a discussion that is already going on.

1a. To start a new topic, go to any Community and click "Start a discussion" – located in the "Actions" box.
