Nintendo 3DS Asian Verion

I want to know what is this Asian version I kept hearing about. It can play US version games. It was distributed in Singapore and Malaysia and is now invading Southeast Asia countries except Austrailia.

I want to know if I can register this "Asian Version" to my US Club NIntendo account.

I'll be in Canada this Spring/early Summer and Im planning to buy one locally before I go but I want it registered so I can have more coins.

Hopefully, I can find US version Nintendo 3DS so I can safely be using it in Canada this year.

Wish me luck.

Sorry no. You can only register the Japanese 3DS on the Japanese Club Nintendo site.

It should still be able to register. It will have the same numbers and everything.
