Same is happening to me, probably just a bug somewhere in the set-up. I'm sure it'll eventually be fixed and we'll get out points.

I am having the same problem, I can tell it's linked because Excitebike and Pokedex 3D showed up, I just want my 40 coins so I can get Platinum Status for the Club Nintendo Year

Same here. I linked it but when I click on the survey it takes me to my to-do list, then when I click it there, It gives me instructions on how to link it...

Thanks Jane, same happens to me. The page shows i havent linked the 3DS, but i already did it on the eShop through the 3DS. An email of confirmation will work great

The same thing is happening to me too!!!!!!! The very first time I booted up the eShop when it offered me to link my Club Nintendo account, I did so. But, when I went to Club Nintendo, I saw that same thing in my to do list, tried clicking "do it", clicked link, then it just took me to a step by step tutorial on how to link the accounts. I tried unlinking my accounts and relinking them, but guess what happened? Nothing! Joy -_-

Edit: Oh, and I just downloaded Super Mario Land, Zelda Link's Awakening DX, and Alleyway, but I got no credit for them either. Please help us, Nintendo!!! :'(

At first, my account showed that I didn't download anything from the eShop but today it had everything, execept for Super Mario Land. I checked though my registered games and to-do list but didn't see it. Any help?

I called nintendo this afternoon and the rep told me that my 40 points will appear in about 24 hours to 40 after tinitial link, he also told me that they shut the system because a glitch that allows some people to make several links and earns lost of coins automatically appear

Not exactly the same problem, but I linked my Dsi to my account and I haven't gotten my coins. 

The 160 coins for the 3DS is not obtained by linking your eShop account.

You must enter the PIN that came in the box of your 3DS.

To the person above with the DSi, you do not get coins for linking your DSi to your Club Nintendo account. However, it is required that you do that to obtain the coins for the DSi when registering the PIN

You do not receive the coins automatically, you must complete the registration survey that will appear after registering. (Click "Earn coins" and there should be one survey on your To-do list)

Note however, 7 days after registration the survey expires.

First off, this thread is very old, the person who posted last posted a month ago and also posted super late (4 months after the last response)

Secondly, the 40 coins for linking your 3DS eshop account to Club Nintendo was only a promotional coin opportunity. You had to of done it last year.

Same thing happening to me. Hope it get fixed soon.
