why dont it register?

I purchased Legend of Zelda 3ds yesterday and registered the product code to club nintendo

but the coins are not being added.

 

originally i have 550 and after registering legend of zelda i should have 600 considering the additional 10 extra coins

event but i still have 550.

 

on my record it says i registered legend of zelda ocarina of time on 6/27/2011 none of the coins were added.

i really want to get the elite platinum prize!!

 

anyone having the same problem?

try calling nintendo 1-800-255-3700 (phonenumber not link)

and see if they could take a look or fix or did you reload you web page that could be it

I have the exact same problem. I just registered Wii Play Motion, and got 0 coins added for Intendo to Buy or Product Registration.

 

Also it didn't prompt me with a survey.

 

And i really want Platinum Status this year......

I have the same problem and today I bought the games that I need to be platinum.
